The ability to use all items during construction and save them

As a newbie to construction, I'm faced with the fact that I don't know many of the available items for construction, and what can come out of it, in the end I have to spend a lot of in-game currency just to look, and throw it away in the end. I would like to have a builder test mode, where all the items would be available, where you could assemble a building and save it, and then, in order to install it in its entirety, you would buy those parts that you don’t have
