Xbox EU/UK.
This is the message we are getting when trying to play ESO currently.
It never actually connects us to anything.
So, can't play.

Same thing on Xbox NA. My wife and I both tried logging in on different consoles and it said it was connecting us to the "North American Certification Server." Switching to EU takes us to a Preview server. Can't log in.

On XBox NA I’m getting the following:

Welcome to the North American Xbox Certification server.


After this I get a chance to create an account rather than access my existing account. Posting here in case two problems are related.

Hello, just adding I am having the same issue. Xbox EU tells me 'Welcome to the preview megaserver' and the Xbox NA server tells me 'North American Certification Server'. Thanks for looking into it!

It looks like it’s fixed. I’ve just rebooted my Xbox and I’ve gotten back in.
