4 disconnects with 4 rollbacks in last hour in Cyrodiil, emergency maintenance needed again?

The servers are VERY unstable after today's maintenance. We had four mass disconnects in the last hour, with four rollbacks. AD even had Mnem scroll reset from EP keep back to Mnem temple.
It looks like ZOS is going to need to schedule another emergency maintenance. People in Summerset running geysers are also reporting disconnects with rollbacks.
