[REQUEST] Allow applying aoe by holding the skill key for > time-threshold as an option

As of now we have three options for placing one's aoe on the ground:
- automatic which places the aoe automatically where the aim is (or the game asumes where it hits the ground). This makes work load easier but at least for me leads to often misplace my aoe. This happens for instance a lot to me when I try to throw the fire atro remainders on the lava source during the Magma Queen fight in vet Vateshran. So I don't use this.
- Place the aoe by mouse button. This works well and gets the aoe whereever needed but is a bit awkward to use when trying to weave.
- This is similar to the previous method except that you can tab twice the skill button to place the aoe instead of pressing the mouse button. This works slightly better for me than the second option but still interfers with my weaving rythm.
Now what I miss is something between option 1 and the options 2 & 3. I would like to try if holding the skill button longer than for normal skills to place the aoe could improve my weaving when dropping my aoes. Of course the time delay should be player controlled I think so each can play and find which delay works best for him or her.
