Telvanni Peninsula Delve Daily and Delve Boss - no anniversary gift boxes?

I picked up the delve daily quest from Ordinator Tilena, and received Manifesting Hope.
I completed the quest and handed it in - I received the daily reward, but not Anniversary Event gift box.
I went back in and killed the delve boss - again, no gift box!

Was this the only time you ran it the entire day? I do believe you only get the Anniversary Event box ONCE per day per account, if I'm not mistaken.
You only get one gold box per day, but all the dailies should be rewarding the purple boxes.0
