100% XP from event bonus seems didn't work at all

The 100% XP event bonus doesn't seem to be working at all.
It only applies on 1st Random Normal Dungeon bonus, but not on the consecutive ones. That's something people reported with the Witches Festival too that wasn't working.
XP from kills seems the same in dungeons too so is dungeon quests.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Take note of the XP given by RND after the first completion. Is not doubled as it should and as it was during the Life Event.

On Level 43, 1st RND was 142000 (100% XP event bonus), consequent RND are 47000. It should have been north of 70000.
When levelling alts during the Life Event (+100% xp bonus) with +50% XP scroll, was able to get 2 levels per dungeon AFTER the 1st dungeon of the day. Right now barely scraping 1 level WITH XP scroll AND the dungeon quest.
On CP278 that was bit over 202,000 xp for first run (100% XP event boost) but consequent runs were 60,000. Which ~60,000 is the normal XP outside events.

I get 101k normally on my first run on a level 50 character (CP is irrelevant). I can't remember ever seeing 60k for a subsequent run on my characters outside an event. It's been closer to 1/4-1/3, never over half the first-time bonus.0 -

Those amounts are correct and the xp bonus works.1
