Antiquarian's Alpine Gallery

Since the update, whenever I try to fast travel out of the Antiquarian's Alpine Gallery my screen starts rapidly flashing and become stuck, then eventually crashes.
The only way to resolve this, and to return to the game is to do a hard reset on my xbox

None of these fixes have worked.

I've realised it specifically does this when I try to travel to a trial where my team mates are.
