Dungeon Reset Issue

I'm at full health doing well in black market group event in zenithars abbey and ****POOF**** dungeon resets. Cheating game.

Did you accidentally exceed the event boundary?

Bug or user error. As mentioned, you may have left the event boundary (or your companion did if you're using one - that is an unfortunate issue with ranged companions at times). If another player was present, they could also have led the boss out of the boundary. Could also be a bug, though I personally haven't encountered one during that event.

The event has walls on all sides, so not sure how that could happen unless you went out through the hallway

That's a public dungeon, so it (the entire dungeon) doesn't reset since it's a public instance.

As for the group event, if the group event reset then you or some other player may have inadvertently led the boss out of its defined area, causing it to reset. That can definitely be a real pain, but it can happen with any boss in a public instance, as well as bosses in private or group instances. It can be especially frustrating when you're successfully soloing a world boss and have it down to a small fraction of its health, then another player comes along, joins the fight, starts to get seriously beat up by the boss, panics, and runs away, drawing the boss out of its area and causing it to reset.

there is a bug with that group boss fight where some of the dots dont show they are hitting you, and then you will up and sudden die even if it looks like you have full health

just have to make sure you keep heals up especially if you get hit by any of the exploding poison bottles

There's a certain world boss that can also kill you abruptly even though you're basically at full health-- Graveld in Summerset. When you're fighting it, you need to be careful to avoid coming between it and any of the little cave openings it can go into, otherwise you can take a huge amount of "Scurry" damage when it suddenly stops fighting you and races into an opening. It happens so quickly that one second you've got the boss down to, say, a third of its health, then all of a sudden boom you're dead and the boss is back to 100% health. It took me a few deaths to finally figure out what was happening and how to try to prevent it from happening.

and while unfortunate things like this happen, games have bugs. We can only hope they get fixed though I have seen bugs persist in some games that never get fixed.
