Add "beam to zone" if guildmate is there

BeamMeUp is great on the PC, but is not available on console. Finding a guildmate in a specific zone is especially frustrating since you can't sort only active players by zone.

One nice simpler feature would be for the game to check if we have a guildmate in the zone we are viewing and let us "beam to them" if so.
