Precursor Bthzark

I ran into some trouble trying to enter Bthzark today. Both doors were sealed from inside, and there are no other doors to enter through.
I searched for a solution, and were to believe that it was connected to the Spearhead quest. So I went to the Spearhead and talked to Captain Kaleen and Jakarn, and they were rather short headed and offered no solution. ( It's been a while since I did the quest. )
I then found Tumma Shah, who offered no solution either.
Neramo was nowhere to be found outside Bthzark, but then I ran into Ellashana outside the Bthzark Mine door, and she could trigger the appearance of Neramo and the quest to open the door.
What a mess and a waste of time, but I finally got the piece.
