Not sure if this would be true for all playforms but on PS5 the work around for this is to wait until your character is logged out after you crash before attempting to log back in.
We used to get an error (i think 303) "This account is already logged in." And then spam login hoping to join the fight as quick as possible and eventually it would let us back in once your character logged out.
Now if you log back in too early the game prevents you from getting back in and gives the 307 unexpected internal error. We have to restart the ps5 and then it usually works.
Multiple "unexpected internal errors" since my last message :
- Porting to another region
- Crafting
- Entering a monster lair

They like to blame the player and not realise its a server side issue
The part that makes me laugh is the errors say it's an internet connection problem .
Meanwhile any other game in the world is connected just fine
And speedtest 100% proves it
In South Elsweyr, opened an urn, and I got an Unexpected Internal Error.

If you receive an error message stating "An error has occurred. Please wait a few minutes and log in again." please deactivate all of your addons and try logging in to the game again. If you are now able to log in, one of your addons was blocking your access to the game. You should try enabling addons one at a time to identify which one is causing the issue.
If login = authentication, then it's impossible for an add-on to block the login process. Add-ons are loaded after a successful login, after the character selection, when you're accessing into the world.@yoco007
