I'm not even exaggerating all the last four battlegrounds i've played had someone always leave near the beginning, leaving us in a 3vs4vs4 for the rest of the match.
Why someone always leaves? Why does it have to be on my team? Why these people who leave face no punishment or anything?

It's almost always a guaranteed lose. The times i end up winning or at least reaching second place in a team of three while all other teams had full four players are very few and instead of enjoying those moments it still feels beyond sour because of how much i had to tryhard just to get the daily Xp or alliance points on a game mode that's beyond worthless and boring.

For once it would be nice to have an easy fast win with people leaving on the other teams so i don't have to touch this garbage game mode anymore.
The fact that you have to put up with afks, sabotagers, noobs, people refusing to play for the objective and instead wanting to just kill making you lose the whole game, all of this in a mode that takes like 10 minutes of queue because nobody plays this garbage is beyond disgusting.

    I assume you're talking about solo queues.

    The whole design is flawed, like cs, where you're stuck with your team and thus luck.

    There are many FPS games that offer an alternative mode for pugs like this:


    - long game, not 10 0r 15m, but 30 or a hour.
    - achievements and rewards are earned and only earned by individual points. Your team's result does not matter (other than a minor bonus), but you're enticed to do team objective for your own scores.
    - no role, except healer in our case
    - forced player rebalancing mid game depending on individual performance
    - flexible player count up to a cap

    which would remove all such problems and endless complaints


    The games don't even need an ending. An ending is just there for players to quit, since ppl have to quit at some point.
