How long do they last or get replaced?
The Harrowstorm Bear disappeared after 2 weeks, but the Winterborn Wild Hunt Wolf is still here. And there hasn't been anything new for a while.

When it's a short time offer it is usually clearly marked that it is for 10 days, 7 days, etc.
Items that are up for longer aren't marked - like the Winterborn Hunt Wolf. Although it is still time limited, and when the wolf is nearing the end of it's cycle they will start to mark it with number of days left.
The mounts you use are two different 'categories' as well. The Harrowstorm Bear was what I would call a major mount. I can't remember but I believe it was offered for a large number of gems / crowns... probably something like 1600 to 2500 gems. I actually have that one but forget what the cost was. It's bigger, flashier, and it's whole purpose is to get you to buy the crowns to have it within that small purchase window.
The Winterborn Wolf is a 'lesser' mount... buyable with 9600 endeavor seals (basically free, if you have the seals) or 700 gems. They put 'time limited' on it to let you know its not like the few mounts that are staples and always available... that it will indeed disappear at some point. I like these mounts and I like that they are around long enough for me to possibly get enough seals to buy it for free. They always seem to do a Spriggan skin and a mount in the same style which is kind of cool as well.

Alastrine✭✭✭✭Crown store stuff can change almost weekly, and I think it will in April, given it is Anniversary month.
I guess you'll just have to wait and see.
