Quasigriff gem price normal?

I may be missing something here, as I'm not a person who usually pays attention to the gem prices for mounts, but I thought that the Radiant Apex mounts were capped out at 1600 crown gems. The quasigriff is listed at 2500, which seems a little high for an extra shader.
Is this the norm and I'm just blissfully unaware, or are we getting a new pricing model out of the blue?

✭✭✭✭The Radiants have always been three gem prices: 1200, 1600, and 2500.
Oddly the Endeavor cost for all three has always been the same, so Radiants are much better deals to get for Endeavors.3 -

✭Thanks for the quick clarification. Odd that the gem prices are still tiered when the endeavors are standardized. Good deal for endeavor farmers though.

this, they have always had a range of prices
higher value stuff (apex or higher) is usually a better value to get with endeavor seals, while lower value stuff is usually better to get with gemsplays PC/NA
