So earlier today when I logged in, my in game mail contained a letter that read -

Greetings,

We are sending you this gift to help you continue your adventures in Tamriel.

Thanks for playing!

And attached to it was 5 150% XP scrolls.

However it appears that not everyone has gotten that same in-game mail. And we are trying to figure out what the mail was from - is it a bug, a reward etc - and why not everyone has received it.

Is it being rolled out or did just random players get this.

Did anyone else get/didn't get this mail as well.

    Well that is strange then. Cause I had no outfit issues.

    I haven't changed my characters outfit in the last 5 years.

    But thanks for the free scrolls I guess.

    So those of us who never or almost never change outfits don't need to pay attention to this, right?

    It seems that the biggest issue is with those that died (maybe only in Cyro? Not sure now....) after the patch was newly applied. If you didn't die, it shouldn't be an issue - none of my characters (close to 80 of them, at least half of which have outfits instead of costumes) had any issues at all.

    It was a new dungeon specific one.

    It's not this. I received such a letter in January. But my friend didn't, and we were offline for roughly the same amount of time.

    It seems to be a reward for returning users, but doesn't work well from the looks of it
