ESO is asking me to do a zone quest I finish 5 years ago

Today I went to Bangkorai with my very first character I created 6 years ago. It is Daggerfall Covernant and I finished the Main Quest AND my zone quest around 5 years ago. All quests complete, no lose ends.
For my surprise I was asked to make a zone story quest for Bangkorai main story I already did! I don't know why this is happening but I'm sending here a report for ZOS reference.
I went to Bangkorai last week with this same character, passed through the same place and there was NO main quest open.
I repeat: for my first character there is NO lose ends in all zone stories for all factions. Idk why I'm been asked to do it again.
BTW I'm trying to upload the image of the problem but the "attach image" is not working.

✭✭✭✭✭Sometimes I have odd 'achievements' pop up that I completed on many other characters. With account-wide achievements this should not happen, yet it does.
