Sellers, guilds (goodbye bug)

Hello! I've been facing a terrible bug for a few days now. The sellers do not show any options, only the message “goodbye” appears. Guilds also disappeared from the bank menu. I contacted support via ticket, but they always ask to “remove add-ons” and “Rename SavedVariables to SavedVariables.old”, “repair”, “Remove AddOnSettings.txt”... I've already done all of this, including I uninstalled the game and installed it in another directory, but the problem continues. Has anyone experienced this and managed to resolve it? Thanks!

    Can you start a direct trade with a other player or are you able to send a mail to other players?
    If not you might got hit with a social ban, which prevents you also from interacting with guilds/players/traders.
    As far as I know ZOS does not inform you in any way if that happens

    Thanks for answering. Yes, that could be it. I tested the email and it's not working. That's impressive. I respect all people. And I actually only interact with my friends. I'm only focused on pvp. I don't know where this social ban came from. Frustrating

    Hey, Kevin. As I stated above, I sent a ticket and was in contact with support by email, but they no longer responded. And today I sent another ticket. Thanks for looking into this case.
