Is it possible another player hack us to crash?

Once again I've been crashing A LOT! In any situation, even the most mundane as walking in a ESO city street!

I can't find any problem in my PC, my connection and I can't figure out this constant crash happening only with me and no one else sending any ask for ZOS support.

My final theory is that my account was hacked and I'm been somehow target! Is this possible?

I don't see how it could be related to your account.
To your game files however, that is much more likely.
Are you running mods? Are they up to date? Are they known to cause crashes or to conflict with one another?
Have you tried the "Repair" option in your game launcher?

Regarding your pc, is your processor struggling with any other game?
Memory usage is fine while gaming ?
No shady background processes?

All mods ok. I only have this problem in ESO, all other games I never crash, only in rare circumstances.
