Wouldn't it be wonderful if we had wild animals without saddles only usable in homes,or Dark Guardians that just pathed to walk their designated path silent and forboding. Any other suggestions?

I agree! I’ve long wished that our mounts could be placed and pathed in our homes without tack.
I would also love to have generic houseguests with very minimal lines, ideally where you had options of race and attitude so as to fit a variety of roles.

Houseguests having actions (like sitting for example) would go a lot further IMO.

I am definitely not opposed to the things suggested in this thread though, not by any means! The more the merrier. I just wish we could give them more pizazz than just walking hither and yon.

Yup, and more generic ones like Araneae6537 have already mentioned.

Most of the time I don't want these known or unique characters with a lot of voice lines, because don't use houseguests to talk with them, but for the appearance of them. They are so expensive as well.

I rather have much generic "npc" houseguests. Guards, soldiers, priests, mage's guild members, thieves, normal civilians etc of various cultures and races.

Same as I want more "Enviroment" furnishing, that are things like birds, vermin, rats, small critters, fish, etc. Along with weather effect like cold winds, snow, leaves etc. Which all need to be very wide spread. I loathe the effect ZOS gives us, which is not only crate only (or "at best" crown), but the effect and animals are always in a thick crowded cloud instead of being spread out over a very large area. The Fogs of the Hag Fen is an obvious example of this. I'd want fog that covers a much larger area. Same as I want butterflies that are more spread out and cover a larger area.

Personally, I'd like a "house guest creator" toolkit, where we can put together a house guest of our own utilizing the character creator, motif system, and dye system.

We'd pay for a custom house guest token (similar to a character change voucher, or other upgrade vouchers already existing in game), then access the interface to create them from within the housing system and consume the token after we have created something we like and confirm it.

A set of standard lines could be chosen from a list of per-recorded selections if we want them to be intractable, or none at all if we don't.

Other things they could allow us to choose for the house guest within the system:
    -Personality/Stance and walk style
-Allow us to access a catalogue of various tattoos and body markings available in game
-Access to various premium hair styles
    -Access to costumes

In this way, we could make house guests as generalized or specific as we want, or even create family members of characters for role play purposes that we don't necessarily want as playable characters.

I wish we could set training dummies on a path. Well, I'm a tank, so they're more decorative than useful to me: in a few houses I placed armored skeletons as guards, the ogrim is the guild hall's chef, etc.

That would be very unlikely, because it would use a lot of data and resources, which are bound to mess things up.

I really wish we could have the depressed watcher that we encounter in necrom quests. It's maybe my favorite character and so funny.
    Please Zos do it!
