Wrothgar Vaults of Orsinium Motif Drops?

Today I did the daily quests for delve, world boss and then killed all of the bosses in the Rkindaleft public dungeon. Not a single motif. Are the drops bugged or am I reading this wrong https://elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/65733? The motifs unfortunately only have a *chance* to drop from these sources.

IIRC, Ancient Orc in particular is somewhat rare. The other two drop for me I wanna say... around 30% of the time from the daily reward coffers.

I would say the article is definitely worded in a bit of an ambiguous way that makes it seem like more of a sure thing than it really is.

So there is nothing special going on in Wrothgar they just made it sound that way by being ambiguous and neither saying 'will drop' nor 'chance to drop'.

That article was just a recap of what is in the Wrothgar zone because it was a free daily reward this month and a lot of players are going there for first time. It is not an event with special rewards. These are the standard content and drops that have been there for years and years.
