Seeker's Archive Crash on Ibrula Dialogue

Adventuring in Craglorn, PC NA. Steam. Game froze and crashed when speaking with Ibrula to take the quest. Quit the application through Windows non-responsive program dialogue, launched again, and tried logging in with the same character. Game tried to load Craglorn, but froze and crashed again at the loading screen.
