How I see necromancer: I never pictured it as a DPS. Also, I love the rez ulti! I used to see it as a tank like the DK…now I see it as tank or healer or support (which ESO doesnt really have). So I don’t mind its not BiS for DPS. I tried to think of a changes to the ability that might be good for PVE and PVP…as tank, healer or, support.
What I like about resistance flesh: it gives something different, a resistance value that is stackable with named buffs with a heal. The ability can be made easier for the rotation (which is necromancer biggest problem IMO) Extending it would be good but then the resistance value would be too OP.
PVE: With or without changes, if played as tank, the ability is lack luster because you can’t control who gets the heal. If played as a healer, it wouldn’t matter.
PVP: could be OP if value stays half the amount healed. So the value should be less.
