[solved] ESO+ subscription.

I'm playing ESO from Steam but I just made the huge mistake of subscribing ESO+ directly from my account on elderscrollsonline.com thinking that it would de safer.

Unfortunately looks like it's not compatible and the subscription was rejected. The problem is that the payment was accepted anyway and I lost a full payment for 90 days of ESO+. So now I no longer have the money to pay it on Steam. I ended up without money and no ESO+.

Is there any way to get back my money or is it lost forever? :(

I know it was my mistake, I shouldn't pay anything out of Steam. But somehow I really thought it would be safer on the official site. I feel really dumb.

No need now. I was on my online bank trying to understand what happened and suddenly the money returned automatically. Seems that it was a CVV error and nothing related to Steam like I was thinking. So, I gave it a second try on elderscrollsonline.com and it worked well.

It's all good now. It was just a scare. :) I'm going to update the title as solved.

Hopefully the returned sub doesn't trigger some kind of perma-ban. Make sure you contact ZOS Support to explain everything to them so they know what happened and why.

It wasn't the subscription that returned, it was the payment. On online bank I found a message informing that there was a CVV error, and the money returned. So, I returned to my account, tried again the payment, it was accepted and the ESO+ got activated. It's ok now. :)
