[U41] ESO is not responding

Hi,

I encountered this issue very often and randomly. Sometimes it happens after 3~5 mins I log in the game or when I try to log in the game or when I open mail UI.

I don't have addons installed. Is this an known issue?

Some maps seem to have higher chance to trigger the issue:

Telvanni Peninsula/Bastion Nymic

For those who have the same issue after U41, this might be related to full screen window mode. After switching to full screen mode, the game seems stable even with addons.
