Guild Message Of The Day bug: eternally rezzing itself

So guilds #1 and #3 MOTD keeps showing up as a new notifcation every time I log in, on every character.
This is not a new bug, but I haven't had it in a while. It's about as annoying as the MIcrosoft paper clip in the ol' Word.
Please add this to the pile of things to be fixed. It's not game breaking but it's in your face all the time.
