39 days left on plus, can i get a 6 month sub added now?

so I have 39 days left on my eso plus sub. If i were to buy a 6 month sub now, would the time be added along with the crowns?

Yes, it just extends your sub an extra 6 months after your 39 days.

Edit to add: and yes you will get the crowns added immediately

well i just tried to sub for 6 months, and it did not bill me, it did not add crowns, and it did not add time. bummer

You can not "pay in advance" in order to receive your crowns earlier (and increase the ESO Plus time).
I know this because I sent an e-mail to them back in the days the Crown Store was launched. And they replied it was not possible.
It's a "take my money" situation lol
What you CAN do is sub through the website AND sub through Steam. You will get both transactions worth of crowns. HOWEVER, this is not meant to happen and can even overlap one subscription with another and result in less days of ESO Plus. So I don't recommend it...

No. You have to wait until the period ends, AND you have to cancel your subscription before that happens, otherwise it'd renew automatically for another month regardless of the last subscription type.


I also did sub through both website and steam accidentally, and had to contact customer support for refund.


The whole subscription is so annoying now. I don't get why we can't just subscribe every year like before, and use a single, unified account for steam and all sources, not "linked" this and that.

That's not true. You can CHANGE your subscription at any time, but it will not take effect until the previous sub runs out and the renewal kicks in.
