Liminal Glass lead drops - bugged?

Has anyone been able to get a 2nd or 3rd Liminal Glass lead from Walking Nightmare? For the Trifold Mirror of Alternatives.

I've tried dozens of times over the last few months, on different characters and even brand-new toons (which usually have better luck). Cannot get a 2nd one to drop. I definitely don't already have it, and do have the other two 2nd leads for the mirror.

I was able to get the leads to complete the codex. The first one was so easy it probably dropped when I tried that WB for the first time. Subsequent ones were definitely not fun to farm. I spent the entire Necrom event killing that boss several times per day and didn't get the lead. Some people believe digging the other two leads before farming this one increases your odds. In any case, grabbing that lead was a bloody nightmare.

my experience with almost any lead is that the 2nd lead is extremely painful to get in majority of cases

It's awful. I'm not sure about that increasing the odds: I dug up the 2nd rounds of the other two already. I assume I can't get 3rd ones of them until the 2nd Liminal Glass drops. Thanks for confirming, anyway.

I'm currently working my way through completing the entire codex and this has been my experience as well. It's complete and utter nonsense that one should have to harvest a thousand clothing nodes, or loot 300-400 treasure chests, or kill a world boss 50-100 times for a single lead. All of the worst grinds have come on the 2nd of 3 for each of the leads, with a couple of standouts being ridiculous for all 3 times including the Meteoric Beads and the Tide-Glass Beads.

I've been able to get almost all the ones I wanted using fresh new toons. Even the Moons-Blessed Pool, for example.

But Nightmare is specifically worse than any of the node-loot ones, since it can't reliably be solo'd at a low level. It can be bad even when a group happens to be there.

Apocryphal Well is the only other one that seems impossible for now; I'm not motivated to spend > 30 mil on maps. It's just stupid.
