Saw some other folks wondering about this, I fell on the sword. It has to be earned by the player like Gravegrasp.



They're nice body markings. Personally, I wouldn't have spent 50 merits plus 100k Tel Var for them. I would have preferred if they were sellable.

Let's please keep this discussion respectful, it's just a video game cosmetic.

ill probably get it eventually just because i like to collect everything, and im still opening 140some siegemaster coffers from the other event that included IC (the one before whitestrakes) lol

i think im only missing 1 more gravegrasp style and that body/face markings to have every collectible from IC except the gear lol

I would definite consider this to be kind of a, "For someone who has it all," sort of purchase, lol. I don't think it's going to be terribly popular but it is kind of a flex for the few who will have them.

Does it make Khajiit fur stock disappear? What i mean is can i use this with Black Panther body marking?

funny enough i was probably one of the few people who actually bought all of the storage containers using the tel var method too lol

right now my main bottleneck on this stuff is just limited to 1 siege of cyrodiil merit per day, and with like 140 some coffers to open still thats nearly 5 months worth right there if i wanted to get the merits out

Yeah I thought that was an odd choice, too. It's a nice green but I would've preferred black, especially since I'm going to be using this on a character with darker skin. (Black actually shows up better.)

I of course won't ever get it, but I'd have had to really think hard if I could manage if it had been black! So good for me it's not I guess!

I don't have any Khajiit but it looks like it might make fur markings disappear. Of course it doesn't make their fur disappear, just like spots and stripes and stuff.

I'm just assuming that based on the video, though. It's possible she removed the spots so it would show better.

It's a marking, not a skin so of coure it will. Can't have two body markings.

(First: Totally off topic, but I love both of your dark elves, they look amazing!)

I really like the large wings on the back/shoulders/arms. I wish there were a version of the tattoo that was just the big wings on the back/shoulders, without the ravens.

The ravens are pretty cool too. I wish there was a more understated tattoo that showcased them as well- such as just a raven on the bicep or shoulder, or something.

I love all the individual parts of this cosmetic...just not...together. It would be great to have variations implemented along side the existing one. We really need some more understated tattoos/body markings that aren't all over the characters body.

I'd also really like a black version of this.

I heard other people expressing similar sentiments. Almost everyone likes the back/shoulders but it does come across a bit disjointed when all taken together. I do find the backs of the knees to be rather an odd choice. That said, I suspect they may do that so you can select which skin you show and which you don't with custom outfits. Can't be sure, of course.

I would also happily recollect this (perhaps at a more reasonable price) in black, though.

@ArchangelIsraphel A bit different in style, but there is a only on back wing-themed body marking that is black.

@NotaDaedraWorshipper I've got that one! I love it. It matches really nicely with the fanged worm and fang lair chest motifs because they lay in a perfect position on the body to cover the skull, while still exposing the wings. It looks really nice with the sleeveless variations of Bloodforge as well.

Fifty Merits and 100k Tel Var is WAY overkill for body marking, especially since most players seem to adhere to "no shirt, no shoes, no "server.""
