U41: Can't Log In to Servers - PC NA and EU

Can't log in to either server – Error 301, Internal Server Error, and Queue-Error infinite loop:
This one pops up if closing the other error and trying to log in again:
Update: it automatically changed to a queue (just popped up while I had it open in the background). A guild mate's queue shows 9 hours. Update 2: Queue turned into another 301, and now it's a queue again.
Update 3: This message just popped up on the forums; NA should be added to it as well:
