Halloween Jack o Lanterns everywhere

I'm not sure if this is a bug cause I wasn't even sure if there was an event right now. I just started playing again after a year, and I've tried disabling my addons, resetting the game and everything, but I keep seeing Jack o Lanterns in Summerset.

✭✭✭✭✭i think its a minor bug where some of the holiday decorations are still showing up, i think ive seen some threads with images of the wayshrines with both new life and witches festival event decorations active lolplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

lol I know, but I do also play ffxiv and they sometimes move around events, one time we had Halloween I think in January or February so I figured I'd ask
