So I was wondering besides wayrest sewers I, what undaunted chest am i going to get to get the slimecraw head? there are many chests from 3 different undaunted stores, and i don't know which to get.

it sometimes comes up at the cyrodiil golden vendor. only shoulders are at the undaunted vendors.

You get the headpiece from completing Wayrest Sewers I on veteran. The shoulder pieces have a chance to drop from boxes sold by the pledge giver for that dungeon (Maj al-Ragath in this case). The 1 key mystery box can drop any shoulder piece from the dungeons she gives pledges for. The 5 key boxes drop any shoulder piece from 2 specific dungeons (moving your cursor over the box will show which sets it may contain).

The heads are only from completing Wayrest Sewers 1 on veteran difficulty, and sometimes at the Cyrodiil golden vendor. When you complete Wayrest Sewers 1 on veteran, the drop is curated. Meaning, you will get a monster head that you are missing if you already have some. So after 3 runs you will have all three weights of the hat.

If you want to reconstruct a head with the correct trait it is cheaper if you have all 6 pieces of the set: head and shoulders in all weight classes. At a transmute station it is 50 transmute crystals to change a trait, but if you have completed your sticker book, reconstructing a new one is only 25 transmute crystals.

The three Undaunted vendors sell only shoulders. Maj al-Ragath sells Wayrest coffers that will have a shoulder either from Wayrest Sewers 1 or 2. It's a random piece and not curated, so you might need to use many keys.

You get the keys by completing Undaunted pledges. There are 3 pledges every day.

edit: Also, if you want to use only one piece Slimecraw, it doesn't need to be a hat. You can also use the shoulder piece and swap whatever set you had on the shoulder to a hat. Like if you had Order's Wrath shoulders and wanted Slimecraw hat, you can just use Order's Wrath hat and Slimecraw shoulders.

To add to what others have said, always choose the 1 key option, you still have a good chance to get what you want and in 10 keys you certainly will most likely get it but you will also have 9 other items instead of one other item, the 1 key is the way to go.
