Cruel Flurry's description now incorrect and misleading

Despite numerous reports on the PTS, Cruel Flurry's tooltip has been left unchanged, which means it is now incorrect and misleading compared to how the set actually functions.
In U41 you changed Cruel Flurry so that it no longer buffs channeled abilities, even when they're single-target damage over time skills. It used to work on Soul Strike and properly buffed the tooltip (but only the third damage tick) of Radiant Destruction.
You did not change the set's tooltip to reflect that, though, so it still states that it buffs single-target damage over time skills when that is clearly not the only qualification. The tooltip must be updated to reflect that it should not work on channeled abilities. It is not reasonable to expect us to intuit that "single target damage over time abilities" means all except channeled ones.
