Game close after i hit play button on steam luncher

greatings everyone !
im facing this problem after installing U41 , when i start ESO via luncher ( steam version) im facing black screen in 2 sec then the game close automaticly !
i tried troubleshot flushing DNS repairing game files several times restarting pc even updating all addons but it didnt work for me
i hope someone help me with this issue it will be much apreciated ^^
