No pull downs are in menus, can't select type of dungeon or even fill in bug report in game.

So there are no pull downs in the little boxes that should allow choices for type of dungeon, and as mentioned in title, I couldn't even fill in the bug report since I can't select the impact etc.

Try clicking just below and maybe a slight bit to the right of the arrow. That's where the UI element is for the Online status dropdown, maybe it's the same misalignment for all the dropdown arrows.

Yeah, the target area seems to have become tiny, same for changing guilds when you're in the guild store interface.

Addons are out of date.

I ran into this earlier today. Something related to LibScrollableMenu library and whatever uses it. Never got to what uses it, but eventuallly, both will be updated, I am sure.

Its not an addon issue, this occurs with the basegame UI.

Guild drop down used to be the entire name. Now it appears to just be the little down arrow. A step back in "accessibility" it would seem.
