I just did 2 Arcs. Two Tho'ats, a Marauder, about 4 or 5 portals to the Unknown. Nothing. Not a single style page. I honestly could care less about wearing them. I just like collecting them. But with no reliable way to collect them, I don't see myself spending much more time in IA. I was a big fan of IA, too. But just collecting currency and buying them from a vendor is lame. Having stuff drop reliably from playing the game is way more fun for me, but it looks like ZOS wants to treat this like a job simulator (grind, make money, buy stuff at the store, repeat).

I wish they were ONLY available from the vendor. I have no use for these style pages and they can’t even be sold so for me, it would be a waste of good loot RNG or whatever.
I’m hoping for the new furnishing plans and for books, always for more books.
