Furnishing Wishlist and Housing Suggestions

I'd be so happy if ZOS would create these furnishings sometime in the future. I'm sure some would agree that at least a few of these items would be a cool addition to housing. I also wouldn't doubt it if players have also suggested some of these items before, but these are just some items I'd like added.
WISHLIST:
SPIRAL STAIRCASE
Give us a few different designs too like wood, stone, metal
LADDERS
Maybe even usable too, that would be cool
PORTALS
You can place one and link it to another one so when you use the portal it ports you to the linked one. Of course, they would only be able to be placed within the boundaries of the home
GUILD ITEMS
Small and large tapestries, banners, rugs, etc.. basically anything that a guild tabard can be copied onto. I feel like this would be somewhat easy to do as long as it works like the guild tabard essentially. Just think of it as a guild tabard (actually a guild furnishing) being placed into a home essentially. But who knows, maybe it would be harder to do that all, but would be cool!
WEATHER CONTROL
Just like the furnishing that controls the time of day, how about one that controls the weather of the home?
ALL MUNDUS STONES IN ONE
Just like the new crafting stations that can be fed attunable stations, let's have a special mundus stone that can be fed other mundus stones to eventually have all in one.
HIRELING GUESTS
It would be cool to have our hirelings walking around our home and we could talk to them and they give us nodes once a day.
*NEW* WEAPONS AND ARMOR
Everyone knows they want this one. We need all weapon types and several different armor styles to be able to be placed in our homes for display.
SUGGESTIONS:
1. I would like to ask that ZOS please fix the collision with furniture items for when certain skills are used that allow players to be knocked through furnishings. For me personally, I'm annoyed when players knock each other through my furnishings when I build puzzles or mazes
2. Perhaps adding DLC to specific homes in the form of additional rooms or areas. This is just an example off the top of my head but, several homes in-game are castles with giant walls surrounding the home. Perhaps add a door to enter into a new room inside of that wall and it would be a part of the actual home itself. While on the subject of DLC for homes, maybe give us the ability to buy furnishing slots for lower-tier homes. Sure, let's have the ability to set 700 items into a suite xD
3. An "itemized" visitor permissions. For example, I would like players to be able to open/close doors, but I don't want them to be able to turn off lights.
4. Speaking of doors, it would be nice if doors would close automatically after a few seconds. Perhaps make it a toggle and maybe even have the ability to be able to control how many seconds until it automatically closes.
5. Visitor Journals. I know the Essential Housing addon has a journal that players can sign to show they visited, but I feel like this should be a part of the game. It could be a collectible furnishing and could be placed anywhere you'd like. Also to add to this, perhaps a way to post a message to visitors as they enter the home. I know that Essential Housing has something like that as well, but again I feel like that should be a part of the game.
6. A "Editor's Mode" that allows you to fly around to help place furniture and turns off collision for all furnishings as well so you can get around much easier. Your character should disappear during this mode so players don't get any ideas of ZOS adding flying mounts or something haha
7. Different versions of a home. First off, this probably isn't even doable for many reasons. But what I mean by different versions is that it would be nice if you could build several homes out of the same home. For example, I port to Hunters Glade "Version 1" which I built like a forest. Or I can port to Hunters Glade "Version 2" which I built like a stone fortress. This would allow us to keep a build that we like, and we could do something brand new in a different version.
8. *NEW* Drawing/writing on surfaces. I personally think this would be really cool. You could write messages or paint the Mona Lisa if you wish.
9. *NEW* Ability to customize the size of any furnishing. Think of how cool it would be if ZOS gave us the ability to do this. Definitely a pipe dream on this one, but it would be absolutely amazing.
10. *NEW* Mannequins that can have one of our costumes or outfits on them

I'll link this earlier wishlist post because many of the same things came up there: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8058691 The previous one was titled housing feature wishlist, but of course we had a lot of item/service wishes too
From your wishes, I especially second the weather control and the permissions. I wrote about the permissions in some detail in the other thread so I won't repeat all of that here!
