Citizens, Tradesmen, and Warriors of Tamriel - House Nobleheart needs your aid!
My dear friends,
You know that I would not write for your aid unless there was an urgent need. I am afraid I have terrible news. I've spoken with King Emeric concerning the increasing threat of Molag Bal, and proposed that we begin preparations to defend against the attacks that are soon to come. He has dismissed our concerns, saying that fears of Daedric princes are for the superstitious, and that even if Molag Bal did still pose a threat he would be unable to conquer Stormhaven with the strength of the Daggerfall Covenant behind him. I fear he does not understand, and is overcome with varice for the Ruby Throne. King Emeric is a good man, but war makes men blind. The war in Cyrodil creates the perfect opportunity for Molag Bal to overpower any Alliance, and God help us soon after, all of Tamriel.
I am writing you because House Nobleheart has decided to operate independently of the King's support, and we need the aid of every warrior, every tradesmen, and every citizen of Tamriel. House Nobleheart continues to fight in the Alliance War under the Daggerfall covenant, but be not fooled - this is only for appearances. King Emeric would be furious if he found out that House Nobleheart has went behind his back to raise an army capable of defending against Molag Bal. He would strip our House of rank and title, and kill the lot of us in spite of our friendship. The protection of our families, our loved ones, and our homes is more important than the pleasures of this world though, so this is a risk we are prepared to take.
- Join us. At present, our numbers are small, with only 30 or so men and women able to fight. We need more numbers, but most of all, we need you.
