I am in a couple of housing guilds. One doesn't have a trader yet though. I supposed if I really wanted something I could just ask if anyone knows it. I'd rather learn them for myself if I could. Just sometimes I like to buy items rather than make, like candles, lighting, platforms, etc. Or more decorative pieces.
This is definitely happening on XEU. Some traders have barely a page of furniture and if it’s more, it’s usually items obtained from fishing and freebies from events since the Witches Festival or items bought from the dlc/latest chapter home furnishings sellers.

I wish the developers would change this. The cost of housing mats, especially mundane runes, has gotten ridiculous. On Xbox/na mundane runes are about 120k/stack. I make most of my gold flipping items unrelated to housing. If you ever need any help making gold (there are many ways) I’m happy to advise!
