I completed the Defender of Orsinium achievement back in 2019 but can’t claim the costumes from the crown store
How do I claim them?
I got the mount with no issues

from UESP: Defender of Orsinium is awarded for defeating any 4 of the 6 World Bosses in Wrothgar.
Did you defend all 6? May be that is what is needed for the costumes?

Just completed all 6 on a toon I haven’t done anything in Wrothgar. Still locked
I only need Wrothgar Larcenist and angler and a couple Maelstrom vet achievements to have the zone completely done

I posted, because they popped up free on my account, and I had not realized I had those achievements completed, as the character I had done them on, I no longer have in my roster.....
Sorry about that,

I bought the three costumes as they were released. Now they are given away as a "door prize" for free. Struggling with how I feel about that.

Understandable in a way. But in a game this old, this sort of thing happens more and more frequently. I prefer to be glad that others are able to obtain collectables they will enjoy without jumping through hoops....

I can respect that. Not sure I would classify them as "collectables". Each of the three came out during the covid times. They are not very old. They appear in the Crown Store on rotation. I guess the "hoops" is the process of hitting that 'purchase' button.
