If you've met the requirements it doesn't tell you there are any, it just says it's free so it looks like it's free for everyone.

from UESP: Defender of Orsinium is awarded for defeating any 4 of the 6 World Bosses in Wrothgar.
Did you defend all 6? May be that is what is needed for the costumes?0 -

I only need Wrothgar Larcenist and angler and a couple Maelstrom vet achievements to have the zone completely done0 -

Flameweaver1951✭✭✭According to the blurb I need to complete the main quest line to get the new bear mount. I've completed the main quest on 8 out of 10 characters, and I'm told I don't qualify and am unable to claim.

Understandable in a way. But in a game this old, this sort of thing happens more and more frequently. I prefer to be glad that others are able to obtain collectables they will enjoy without jumping through hoops....______________________________________________________

I can respect that. Not sure I would classify them as "collectables". Each of the three came out during the covid times. They are not very old. They appear in the Crown Store on rotation. I guess the "hoops" is the process of hitting that 'purchase' button.0 -

The start of the pandemic will be half a decade old next year. They are available in the collectibles menu on purchase.
I already had a couple of them but I'm happy for the ones that get them now. It's always cool when they do the occasional freebie promo. There is a gift option. Maybe someone who has completed the achievement but hasn't acquired it can gift to everyone...?0 -
