When sets have properties like this, i should used weapons with the most damage right? Ie. Use a two handed weapon vs 1h & sh?
Seems obvious, right?
Is there any set that scales off armor/resistances?

✭✭✭✭✭When it scales off max spell/weap damage then it’s probably a DPS set, if it scales off max magicka then it’s probably a healer set, and yes there’s health and resist scaling sets for tanks, like tremorscale.PC/NA Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS/Heal), Trialist (DPS/Tank/Heal), and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore- CP 2000+
