Nope, neither worked for me. Neither did Southern Elsweyr. or Hew's Bane I had traveled to all these locations before I was even aware of the issue,

For those who were able to claim the reward via The Deadlands — did you already own Deadlands from back when that DLC was given away for free?

    Yes.

For me, porting to Fargrave worked on PC-EU, but did not work on PC-NA.

Heard in a few guilds (Xbox EU) that this isn't working for some people. They've been travelling to all DLC areas in case others work, to no avail.
It's also of no use to the people who'd benefit most from the reward - those without access to DLCs

It's also of no use to me, who owns Orsinium. Can't claim it in any zone.

Tried that on NA, didn't work. Haven't tried yet on EU. Own Orsinium on NA, not on EU.
Edit: Deadlands worked on EU, got it on NA by going to Blackreach.

That worked for me too, on PC-NA, where traveling to Deadlands did not help.

On PC-EU Fargrave did the trick.

adding mine as well in case it helps anyone else or the devs even:

Blackreach in the Reach worked for me on both PC NA and PC EU.

Fargrave and Clockwork City did not work for me on PC NA. Blackreach was my first try on EU.

I already had Orsinium and don't have ESO+. I logged into Vvardenfell and didn't get the notification and couldn't claim it. The window was saying it would be available in 15 hours, and the final day was already locked - as if I'd missed a day.

I ported to Alinor, then to the Gold Coast and neither of those worked, then someone told me to go to the Deadlands speciifcally and I did that (porting to a guild member instead of using a wayshrine, because I didn't have one unlocked on that character) and that worked. I'm not sure if it was that zone specifically or not using a wayshrine which did it, but since everyone else recommended Deadlands it's probably the zone.

Blackreach Arkthzand Cavern (The Reach) worked for my 3 PC NA accounts

Kind of funny to see all the crowds at the wayshrine there, lol. Was busier than Mournhold. I guess word travels fast.

Porting to DLC zones has not worked for me. Once the daily reward shows as "tomorrow" it has stayed that way.

Worked for me. When I ported to Deadlands, I saw a pop-up screen with Current PvP Event and option to claim daily login reward (Orsinium). I would not be surprised if the issue is that we can only claim the daily login reward via this "pop-up" screen than shows occasionally when you log in or change zone or something.

Here is an example of what I am talking about:
    ESO-Login-Screen-Daily-Reward.png
I was able to "claim" the reward via this screen, but not with the daily reward menu.

I was able to "claim" the reward via this screen, but not with the daily reward menu.

That screen always shows up for me when I first log in each day and it's how I always claim the login reward. The issue I had is that today it did not appear, either when I first logged in or when I changed zones, I had to port to the Deadlands and then go through the crown store menu to claim it.

I suspect the game does some sort of check to see if you're eligable for the reward and today it's getting confused by the DLC already being unlocked even if you haven't claimed it. It was telling me it would be available in 15 hours and the last day of the month was locked, exactly as if I'd missed logging in yesterday and had claimed the first reward today.

Once I ported to the Deadlands and was able to claim it both were fixed, the 3,000 tel var stones for the last day are now showing as available again.

I've ported everywhere and still locked for me.

Going to go port to more places with fingers crossed.

Edit to add: I ported back and forth between the 2 Caverns in Blackreach and it finally popped.

I ported to Fargrave, then Deadlands, no luck. Ported to Blackreach Arkthzand Cavern, and got the reward.

Purchased every expansion since Morrowind, but did not buy any of the previous. ESO+.

And what about for people who only own the base game (no DLC and chapters)? How can we unlock the reward?

You wait for ZOS to fix it. Porting to the DLC zones is a workaround, for some, not a fix.

    Do you own Orsinium?

I haven't found anyone yet who doesn't and I assumed if that's the case you'd be able to claim it as normal because it wouldn't be getting stuck thinking you've already got it.

If you do have Orsinium try going to Wrothgar. If not I've seen some people say they were able to get it by switching characters, or changing to another base game zone. You could also try the Imperial City since that's a DLC zone but it's free for everyone (if you don't have it already it'll be free in the crown store).

Some people are saying in zone chat that entering an outlaws refuge and exiting back out works. Try that.

Could be tied to the number of ports you make, IDK.

No, it doesn't seem to matter whether you own it or not, you still get the bug. On my 2nd account (no ESO+) I own it on EU, but not on NA.Both bugged, none can claim it. The suggested wayshrines do not work (Tel Mora, Vvardenfell worked for me on NA on my main account, while Fargrave worked on EU)
