cant get daily reward and the last reward is locked

Yesterday I logged in and got two crates.today when i want to get reward,it shows that there are still 0 minutes left,then i log out and log in,It turned into 24 hours.and the 30 day reward is locked.i think its a bug for people who have dlc.

if zos dont fix it,I'm afraid I won't be able to get any rewards for this month.

Same here. I have Orsinium so my character cannot claim today's reward. I didn't even have to log out and in again for the clock to change - it was initially 0 but currently reads 23h 11m and dropping.......23h 0m....

Please fix this zos.

My character has not received her hireling emails this morning either. I have a feeling this is no coincidence but rather a software glitch connected to the daily rewards clock resetting. I will know more as I cycle through my characters now.

Hireling emails came through as normal, but the daily reward is experiencing the same bug as described in this thread.

My other characters are all receiving their hireling emails so far. I will load the character that did not receive them after I complete the cycle to see if she now has them.

I am on PS4.

- PlayStation 5.
- EU, has the issue with Orsinium collected
- NA, can't check yet but has it unlocked via ESO Plus so will likely also get the issue
- yes i claimed day 1 rewards.
