Where does all the dark RP/ERP happen? Where is a place with a lot of people besides Craglorn?

not sure about dark roleplay, but i know people go to Evermore in Bangkorai for rp.

and there's plenty of people in Elden Root, Mournhold, and Wayrest.

the chapter cities too but it depends.

and if there's an event people flood to event zones

Currently the darkest and gloomiest RP happens in Imperial City districts.
Sometimes it comes to ERP, yes. Totally indecent.

The Evermore tavern hosts the most varied and eclectic RP crowd on ESO, comprising beggars, nobles, assassins, fabricants, vampires, werewolves, time travelers, sycophants, literal skeletons, and whatever else you might want to find. Everyone is loaded with silver, of course, and nobody has any idea why all these completely unrelated people gathered in this one particular bar in the backwater port called Evermore.

Nowhere, ESO has no dedicated RP server and most roleplayers do roleplaying in houses nowdays to avoid being constantly trolled and harassed. (despite it being against ToS).

I also wouldn't call the things happening in Goldshire as dark rp. It could barely count as ERP either. Those things happen in housing as well in ESO.

On PC EU historically it was Auridon for kinky RP (it was even ERP until it became too risky) and Riften for general RP (including dark though the dark RP specifically shifted to inside RP in guilds I guess).
