"Unknown Error" Received Upon Disconnecting

We are working to resolve the issue a number of players have encountered wherein they receive an "Unknown Error" message upon disconnecting.

In order to resolve this issue, we need your help to gather some specific information. Our network architects will use this information to identify workarounds or resolutions. We would appreciate it if you could please send a private message to @ZOS_JonahT‌ with the following information:
  1. Public IP address (to get this, go to http://www.whatismyip.com/)
  2. Approximate time of when the error occurred

We understand that encountering this error can be frustrating and appreciate all of your patience.
