Previous Collector Edition Items

With ESO Gold Road Digital Collector Edition you get "All past Chapter Collector's Edition / Deluxe items*" but with the Upgrade Digital Collector Edition that is not included? Reason I bring this up is I got my GF the digital collector edition game back in October 2023 before GR was announced of course. That didnt come with all the previous collector edition items. So we got her the upgrade for GR since she has all previous chapters from the game purchase back in October. So I'm guessing she's just out of luck on the previous collector edition items because we bought the CE for her in october and only needed to upgrade her account to GR?

the deluxe edition of the Collection has the chapter and the old chapters and their collector's items.

the upgrade only has the chapter you're buying.

In the past Deluxe editions were called Collector's edition, i think it got changed precisely because it caused confusion with which version gave what.

Correct, which she has all previous chapters from the purchase we made in october. So she doesn't need all the previous chapters again. We're just interested in getting the CE items from those chapters because our purchase didn't come with that option in october it was on available with GR Digital CE. Which ESO suggest we purchase the upgrade for her since she has all the previous chapters, but she misses out on the collector items for doing that. It would be nice if devs would include that bonus for upgrades too or at least let us purchase the CE items standalone with the upgrade.

As clarification. Items such as the Senche-Raht mount from Elsweyr CE. Those are the types of items we're interested in her getting which would be various mounts, pets, emotes, costumes etc. Because the GR Digital CE comes with "all previous CE items"

an option to get the deluxe items if you didn't buy deluxe edition would be cool.

though the collector's packs from old chapters are all in the crown store.

Agreed, that is my point of the post is being able to optionally just purchase the Deluxe items that comes with the entire deluxe edition purchase. People who purchased deluxe editions prior to GR did not get any prior deluxe items from previous chapters this is the first time that little addition is being done so allowing players who only need to upgrade to GR and they get the deluxe upgrade I think should be given the opportunity to purchase all prior deluxe chapter items too
