There are certain items required for cyrodil that have to be loaded into quickslots; however; there is no way to identify these items without scrolling the complete inventory

✭✭✭✭✭The tool section isn’t for consumables that can be used. It is a synonym for “memento-type collectibles that accomplish a practical effect”—things like Relic of the Sentinel, the Fire Rock, the Cartoklept Map, the Antiquarian’s Eye, and the (outgoing) event items.
I’d be happy to see separate sections for food/drink/potions, siege equipment, treasure maps, etc., though.0
