I don't know why I get temporarily banned every 30 minutes?

Since last maintenance, I've been temporarily banned every 30 minutes.

The game suddenly returns to the login screen and I try to log in. It says 'Error 103 (4:5:287:0)'.
I try logging in again and I get 'Error 301 (3:1:896:0)'.
I close the game client, reload and try to log in. It always displays "Error 201 (7:4:182:429)" immediately.

It takes about 5 minutes for me to log in properly.
But over the next 30 minutes or so, it happened again.

Let me report to you and hopefully help you find the problem. Thank you.

Those error codes are both related to connection issues.

You are not being banned but for some reason you are experiencing an issue somewhere between your machine and the server.

A quick google/search will bring up articles telling you things you can check, I hope you find your problem!

error 301 is ' your dps is not high enough' i think

*thats a joke btw* one of the things you hear sometimes in dungeons that dont get completed right before...you should leave game. even if its not a damage issue

i sometimes have this happen if my game freezes or i get disconnected (like in pvp) then i try to log back in and it says account is already logged in, then it fails again and just gives the 3rd error repeatedly

the ways ive fixed that is either restarting the game, or if its being really persistent rebooting the whole computer just to clear out any processes that might be stuck

Are you using any addons that share combat stats? I stopped using all addons for that stuff a few years ago because I found out they can go into overtime during hectic moments, especially when in a group, which causes the anti-spam systems to kick you out of the game for a while.
