Are the Herald's Seeker enemies in Telvanni Peninsula / Apocrypha considered to be sweepers? Does anyone know if they're leashed?

✭✭✭✭✭i think they do get leashed based on the "route" that they were wandering, if you get far enough away they will tether back to the route they were wandering
i think they have the same drops as normal WBs, but i dont remember what they are typed as (in terms of say plunder skull drops)plays PC/NA
