Bug in the Lore Library with the Kindred's Concord style book

I already have Kindred's Concord master style achievement, but for some reason two style pages are missing in the lore library. See screenshots

Did you learn them on another character? The lore library is character specific. The achievement counts individual pages across your account. If another character has the two that this character doesn’t, then the achievement will correctly register as complete.

Only one of my characters learns style motifs. And no one else.
