Cyro Exploiting in GH Today

There is currently a potion exploit being used by a certain guard group 4 man that prevents them from ever being CCed, among other things. No, these players were not using the heavy armor skill that prevents CC. This was 100% uptime on CC immunity, which is impossible unless you are using the heavy armor skill, or this exploit .I don't want to advertise the exploit itself so I obviously won't explain it, but is there any fix coming out for this? Impossible to play against.

I saw it that today as well. They were spamming 4k cost skills every second and completely immune to CC. If there are any community support people around DM me. I know what they are doing and I have a video of them doing it in bleakers. Its not super obvious what is happening from the video, but they can't be CCed.

I haven't tested but from what I have heard this exploit is no longer possible on PTS.

Nevermind this exploit still works on PTS 9.3.3.

Unfortunately the exploit is still working on live and these players are abusing it in a group. This will make midyear mayhem extremely unpleasant unless these players are dealt with or the exploit is fixed.

There's a 12 hr maintenance tomorrow, maybe they can squeeze it in?

Seems like a bummer because as @Synapsis123 points out this is likely to be exploited during the event.

Anyone making use of this exploit needs to be removed from the game, especially the streamer that published it behind a paywall on YouTube. He's been banned once before for exploiting on stream but cried he was being targeted and got his account back.

I think I know who you are talking about, he literally said on the stream where he initially got banned that if he got unbanned he would, "continue to make content like that for his viewers" in response to someone saying I hope you get unbanned, I love using the exploits you find. I have no idea how he was unbanned after that lol

It's not hearsay either. He failed to make the recap of his stream private and he explained how the exploit was done before continuing on to Cyrodiil to use it on the live servers. It's been made private now, but it was open long enough to watch the entire thing.

Everyone is concerned about the players using it, and rightfully so. I hope they can be dealt with harshly. But I am just super disappointed how often you get this kind of thing in the game.

My main concern is how long it takes them to fix things like this. These exploits appearing every so often isn't that big of a deal to me, but the fact that they know about it and take weeks to fix it makes no sense. The negate exploit was completely game breaking for PvP, everyone was aware it existed, and it still took weeks to be fixed. Even if they don't know how to fix the current issue, it can be easily remedied by just disabling the set that's used to cause it. Could be done with less than an hour of server downtime.

I fought them yesterday not knowing they were exploiting and I can confirm, 100% cc immunity on 3 of their 4 players. I hope ZOS takes care of them

Those cheaters cheat. It's what they do. They all had godslayer title too and no way they paid for it and sure as hell didn't do it honestly. They exploit and always will.

There was also a duo, a warden and arcansit, doing this as well. I know they weren't using immovable because there was no snare and couldn't have been sets since they were using Convergence and azureblight.

Well is going to be an interesting event I guess.

If how to reproduce the exploit was streamed to an audience is fair to assume that it will be available to anyone 'looking for it'.
